In 1979, shortly after graduating from high school, I secured my real estate license... 

Here we are, in 2010, and I'm a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Lazier Realty.  I'm now also a "Senior Real Estate Specialist" (SRES).

Frankly, I am a part-time Realtor - but my years of experience far outway most full-time Realtors experiences...

The last closing I had was my finest - and changed my mind - causing me to become more active... 

Prior to this, I really didn't work with buyers.  A client of mine (from another business venture) wanted me to help her and her husband find a new home.  I offered, as I typically did, to find a full-time associate to help her.  She said "no", I want you...

As we walked through a few homes I pointed out all the things wrong with the homes...  Her husband, who I really didn't know, finally said "you are trying to sell us a home, right?"

With that, my client said to him "that's why I wanted Nick!"

I found that to be one of the best compliments that I'd ever received...
